Project: MUDGEE TAFE STAGE 4-LEARNING RESOURCES HUB (Block M)

The building is dedicated to education purpose that comprise of general learning hub area, seminar rooms, lecture rooms, group studies, counsellor area, interview rooms, computer rooms, common amenities and auxiliary space.
The new building will host the Business, Arts, Information Technology and Vocational Access facilities and will be a new focal point for students and campus activities.
The project provides 30 new carparking spaces on site, including one access space.
A great emphasis has been given to sustainable consideration for the new building. Due to Mudgee’s climate condition, careful consideration is given to the orientation of the building and appropriate temperature control within various sections of the structure.
Other substantial sustainable features includes renewable solar energy generation, rainwater harvesting and storage, environmental preferable material choice including low VOC material and recycled material.
